"Gaius, whose hospitality I and the whole church here enjoy, sends you his greetings. Erastus, who is the city's director of public works, and our brother Quartus send you their greetings."

Quartus = "fourth"
a Roman; probably before he lived at Rome, and therefore sends his salutations and good news to the Christians there: he is mentioned among the seventy disciples, and said to be bishop of Berytus. (Gill) He is known to Paul only as a Christian, "the brother."
